Beans are dried in the open air under the hot sun. Drying is being done here on a concrete patio. Much coffee drying is also done on raised tables and even in big drying machines.
Red Rooster Coffee will close for the holidays on December 15. Orders placed on December 14 will be shipped. Orders placed after that will ship during the first week of January. Dismiss
